As an Installation & Commissioning Engineering Manager, you will be managing workload of the assigned resources. You will cover technical support on the full set of Installation and Commissioning projects.

As an Installation & Commissioning Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the team is operating following processes in force to provide engineering support to I&C projects

• Promoting and facilitate cooperation with other Engineering departments, Installation management team and Global Operation leadership

• Having an active part during engineering development of OTR jobs and with particular focus in facilitating and de-risking commissioning activities

• Balancing engagement of specific expertise in the team with requirement coming from the different project and/or specific issues from site activity

• Supporting execution of NPD and New Frontiers programs with relevant expertise focused on I&C practices and challenges

• Managing all phases of recruitment, training, people career growth & performance development for the team

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Master's from an accredited academic institution

• Have experience and capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to interact with main Industrial and Energy Customers

• Have 15 years' of experience in turbomachinery engineering & technology

• Able to demonstrate ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and flexibly leverage team resources inside and outside the team

• Have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt

• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
