IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide IT services to support the office and business operations covering IT hardware, software, networks and application systems.
• Develop and implement internal standard procedures for managing information, application development and application/technical support services.
• Manage and control the department IT budget and expenditures.
• Manage vendors and contracts for different kinds of IT outsourcing. engagements such as infrastructure/network, application development and packaged solution implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to fulfill business requirements.
• Manage network monitoring/ maintenance/upgrade, information security and risk management, and deploy related projects.
• Managing some ad-hoc project internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 10 years solid experience in IT function, with 3+ years as an IT manager, preferably within the garment industry
• Proven experience in managing IT projects across various IT domains, from business applications, digital, IT infrastructure, operations & security, etc.
• Hands on knowledge and experience in VMware, Windows server, Microsoft 365 products, Active Directory and MS SQL server 
• Knowledge in UiPath / PowerBI in an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Occasional travel to support the IT teams and businesses in factories.
