To support future development of our Association, we are now inviting competent candidate to join our team:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project team to develop the overall solution architecture according to the requirements
• Perform system and network design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, and support in the cloud environment
• Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan; estimate scope and timelines; partner with vendor to drive solutions over the line
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving operation and thrive in a complex environment while adapting to a constantly changing environment
• Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with organization standards and follow industry best practice
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma or equivalent or above in Information Technology or other related disciplines
• 3 years or above of experience in implementing on Cloud Platform with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure using Azure, AWS, and related tools
• At least 1 year experience in hosting platform support include Windows Server / Linux / VMWare
• Experience in cloud services and infrastructure are preferred and definitely a plus
• Good Knowledge with Azure SQL, Webapp and Kubernetes Service will be an advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and infrastructure
• Flexible and hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured, and assertive

Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant IT Officer
