Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment Consultant:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT contracting and permanent positions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates in the IT industry.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-calibre IT talent.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends and IT talent acquisition.

Associate IT Recruitment Consultant:

• Source and screen potential candidates for entry-level IT contracting and permanent positions.
• Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' IT skills.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific IT hiring needs and requirements.
• Support the IT recruitment team in various tasks to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  

Qualifications:

IT Recruitment Consultant:

• Bachelor's/Associate Degree in any field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on all IT positions.
• In-depth understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with IT professionals.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skill in the IT staffing domain.

Associate IT Recruitment Consultant:

• Bachelor's/Associate Degree in any field.
• Passion for technology and a fair understanding of IT concepts.
• Effective communication skills to engage with both clients and candidates.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
