IT Security / Cybersecurity Specialist

We are assisting a leading organization in the financial sector in their search for a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager (Information Technology) specializing in Security.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with technical vendors and internal teams to enhance security measures and fulfill project requirements.
• Engage in security projects to analyze business and IT processes, identify gaps, and support the development of new solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, analyze results, and formulate security enhancement recommendations.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, such as policies, procedures, and guidelines, and conduct cybersecurity training for users.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in cybersecurity, consulting, project implementation, or operations.
• Proficient in computer systems, operating systems, databases, networking, and cloud computing.
• Understanding of security architecture, system design, and technological safeguards.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and propose solutions from multiple perspectives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills; client-facing or consultancy experience preferred.
• CISSP, CISA, or similar security certifications are advantageous.
