In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Hands-on coding, develop high quality code while meeting deadlines.
2. You will be part of highly skilled development team, taking care of distributed, highly scalable, micro-service platform
3. Liaise with business analysts on project requirements and QA on testing
4. Work with other team members in system design, architecture and processes, object-oriented design, event-driven design, and database design
5. Conduct code reviews
6. Working in highly collaborative team using Agile methodology. ##WX## Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Hands on experience in Java 8 and above (IntelliJ), Python, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Solace/JMS messaging, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Kafka, Zookeeper, Tomcat, microservices, bitbucket, maven, Redis
2. Experience in AWS services such as EKS, S3, OpenSearch, RDS, EFS, EBS, ALB, ASG, MSK
3. Deep knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Event-Driven Architecture and secure programming practices Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Experience in Linux shell scripting, Active Directory and LDAP
2. Experience in Rest and GraphQL API integration
3. Good English communication skills
