Responsibilities
1. Assist the regional leader to formulate advertising sales strategies within the region (mobile phone and digital handheld equipment industry), formulate and organize the implementation of a complete sales plan, and lead the team to transform the plan into sales results 2. Guide and control the market The direction and progress of sales work 3. Decompose sales task indicators, formulate responsibility and cost evaluation methods, formulate and adjust sales operation policies 4. Conduct customer analysis, explore user needs, and develop new customers and new market areas.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 5 years of Internet advertising or media advertising sales experience, at least 3 years or more of industry docking experience, and at least 2 Years or more of sales management experience 2. Have a strong interest in segmented industries, rich customer resources and customer relationships, excellent performance, and strong execution 3. Have strong market analysis, marketing, and promotion capabilities and Good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, ability to analyze and solve problems 4. Able to set clear goals, carry out action plans in an orderly manner, motivate and recognize team members and give constructive feedback, and improve individual and team performance 5. Able to adapt quickly A paced work environment with certain leadership skills.
