The Program:

The Lockton Graduate Trainee Program (LGTP) , is a structured career development initiative designed to offer university graduates a unique blend of career exposure to industry-leading professionals, multinational clients, impactful projects and organization's operations, fostering a holistic understanding of the business. 

This 18-month LGTP equips the young talents with hands-on experience via rotation in different business functions, mentorship, technical and practical business skills development, leading them to a fast-track career and helping them to succeed in the future.

The Lockton Graduate Trainee will play an active role in driving their career development, gaining valuable experience, building credibility and realizing their individual aspirations to become part of the future management team. 

Lockton Graduate Trainee Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• Candidate with less than 2 years of working experience is also welcome
• High learning agility and flexibility in fast-paced environment
• Astute judgement, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Collaborate and work effectively with individuals and teams across different functions
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong innovative mindset to face the enriching and exciting challenges
• Passionate, energetic, driven to succeed in Lockton
• Strong interest in developing career in insurance industry 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• IANG students who fulfil the above requirements are welcome
