Job Description:

• Develop and execute digital insurance distribution strategies, including the introduction of new insurance products, to maximize sales and profitability. Continuously assess market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
• Working closely with partners to drive digital insurance acquisitions and increase insurance penetration within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to create value for cardmembers
• Monitor and manage acquisition sales performance and effectiveness, including analyzing investment spend, improving overall attrition rates, and enhancing the efficiency of campaigns. Regularly review campaign performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and cost savings
• Oversee and conduct due diligence for the governance of existing and new digital insurance products. Ensure compliance with regulations and American Express internal guidelines to minimize potential operational risks
• Collaborate closely with business partners review results regularly and develop action plans to meet targets. Conduct weekly/monthly performance tracking and forecasting for acquisition campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Provide support for marketing / acquisition campaigns and product governance across multiple channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with more than 6 years of experience in Insurance and/or financial industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing and knowledge in General / Life Insurance, preferably in a managerial role with P/L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of digital insurance products, distribution channels, and industry trends
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies for sales and marketing purposes
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
