Job Description - Manager Supply Chain Sustainability

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Ethical Sourcing, the Manager of Ethical Sourcing, is responsible for risk monitoring and management of Hasbro’s global manufacturing supply chain with emphasis on proactively managing ethical sourcing and global human rights risks. Work with the cross functional workstream to develop and implement data-driven capability building initiatives and value-added programs for supply chain.They will be responsible for managing supplier performance Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and in various tiers of the supply chain. The Manager will drive remediation and capability building programs, conduct research and analysis and develop data strategy to track and measure impact. At Hasbro we continuously aim to be the best place our team has ever worked.  In this role, you will play a key part in driving Hasbro’s supplier Ethical Sourcing performance and maintaining its competitive advantage in the market.Key Responsibilities-Manage and analyze factory ethical sourcing compliance data, ensure effective remediation and capability-building initiatives to support supplier efforts, increase factory ownership and minimize supply chain risk in Hasbro’s global manufacturing supply chain.
-Liase with RBA to maximize membership benefits.
-Facilitate and coordinate capability engagements for vendor, factory, and internal team members
-Develop and implement KPIs for factory audit performance and beyond compliance programming.
-Build relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, such as Strategic Sourcing, Product Development Leads, Planning and Quality Assurance to ensure alignment and continue to integrate ethical sourcing into business engagement.
-Actively monitor and regularly report on Asia trends in ethical sourcing by keeping up with current developments and industry news including attending conferences and seminars.
-Two direct reports.
-International travel required.

 Requirement-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Policy or related discipline or experience in a relevant field (i.e., law, policy, human rights). Advanced degrees are preferred.
-6 - 10 years of relevant experience in ethical sourcing, corporate compliance or governance; factory auditing and remediation experience preferred.
-Strong people manager; leadership and ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders.
-Ability to educate the internal organization on the importance of social compliance to the business.
-Provide continuous education to the factories to ensure they fully understand the ethical compliance process.
-Solid understanding of social compliance standards (such as RBA, BSCI, SA8000, ICTI) and/or environmental compliance standards (such as BEPI, ISO 14001, Detox, Higg Index)
-Proven experience and knowledge in social compliance in the manufacturing setting, and an understanding of the international context in which the Hasbro operates; extensive knowledge of labor rights principles including legal nuances, ILO conventions, and emerging regulations; professional demeanor with the ability to work to tight deadlines and crisis management, an aptitude for learning and staying at the forefront of the Ethical and Social Compliance arena.
-Proven experience in management of factory social compliance, remediation and capability building including workplace health and safety, forced labor, and responsible recruitment.
-Experience in data analysis and data driven story telling.
-Verbal and written communication skills including internal and external stakeholder management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build collaboration at all levels of the company.
-Strong project management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment
-Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity

-Fluent in written and spoken English
