Job Description

• Assist the global marketing team with the execution of digital campaigns and management of social media platforms.
• Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm, develop, and implement social media strategies that engage our target audience.
• Perform industry analysis to anticipate trends and identify opportunities for increased engagement and growth.
• Monitor channel KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to effectively manage budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance marketing objectives.
• Analyze market sentiments to deliver strategic insights for actionable initiatives.
• Undertake market research to understand competitor strategies and product landscapes.
• Continuously explore A/B testing and new avenues for growth and optimization.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates an understanding of social media dynamics and user behaviors, with a strong preference for candidates skilled in tracking trends and updates, particularly on Twitter. Candidates with a year or more of social media marketing experience are highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the fintech industry, with a preference for those with experience or interest in cryptocurrency investments.
• Must be based in Hong Kong and able to work in the office.
• Fluent in English, capable of working on international projects and collaborating with overseas teams. Open to international business travel.
• A proactive thinker with excellent communication, coordination, and resource integration skills. Must have a strong sense of innovation and creativity.
