We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition through marketing activities. The company operates across key markets in Asia including Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan and South Korea. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and management to se the direction and strategy of marketing initiatives, then carry out the plan to fruition. The Marketing Manager should have a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies and have a proven track record in marketing strategy and be hands-on with multi-channel marketing.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, including customer acquisitions and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, events and more.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral and digital content, ensuring it is up-to-date, consistent in brand voice, and effectively presented on the company website and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with sales team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance, making recommendations for future optimization and growth.
• Conduct regular research to stay up-to-date with current market trends, and implement effective tactics to remain competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment (less experience candidates we will consider for a junior role in Marketing)
• Hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, paid social, and email marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
• Execellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of marketing technologies such as WordPress, Google Ads, MailChimp, Google Analytics, and CRM
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
