Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Actively research and analyze competition and customer data to identify new growth opportunities and expand market share.
• Take an active lead in developing and driving business growth, strategic planning, and execution for our product portfolio.
• Bring fresh thinking and propose new marketing ideas/campaigns based on local insights and trends.
• Lead key stakeholders across internal teams, commercial teams, logistics teams, and regional teams to deliver and maximize the efforts and synergy in our marketing campaigns.
• Review and analyze the performance of marketing investments for continuous improvement and optimization in ROI measurement.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Business Management
• 4-8 years of marketing experience in brand / product / consumer marketing. Experience in FMCG is an advantage. Candidates with less experience would be considered Marketing Manager
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong sense of commercial and data analysis with the ability to drive results.
• Passionate and organized team leader with a strong consumer and market-centric mindset and insight.
