DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a Global General Insurance Group.Their business operates in more than 450 cities and is continuously expanding its top-class business globally. Ranked Fortune Global 500. They are now looking for a Officer, Business Development Department (Fortune Global 500 I with 13 months Double Pay). Dynamic multi-cultural team, MNC working environment with an attractive package.

 

  • Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 Monday to Friday (Work-life balance)
  • Double pay with 13 months of salary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide underwriting and quotation services to registered local agents and brokers for property and casualty classes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with intermediaries to facilitate the growth of new and renewed business.
  • Gain insights into the business landscape and customer requirements through regular visits to intermediaries.
  • Offer regular support to the business team, including preparing quotations, reports, and performing data entry tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university.
  • Membership in ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or CII preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and personal insurance products.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
