Job Description

  • Coordinates overall security service to our customer;
  • Manpower planning, lead the team to perform security scheduling functions;
  • Lead the team to provide quality services with high disciplines;
  • Develop security strategies, review operational protocols & procedures and evaluate effectiveness;
  • Identify and investigate any incident issues related to the post;
  • Effectively retain staff with good performance record;
  • Provide adequate training to improve alertness, professional knowledge and skills;


Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Security / Disciplinary Force; with at least 2 years in people management experience 
  • Strong leadership skill and people oriented;
  • Well organized, strong in problem solving, multi-tasking and can work under pressure;
  • Good knowledge in computer literacy, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google Chrome;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Driving license is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Manager.
