What Will You Do?

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to drive our paid advertising strategies including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Display, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Display, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and messaging.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize ad creatives, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, budget, and conversion rates, to maximize ROI and ensure KPI targets.
  • Explore new paid advertising channels such as affiliate marketing to enhance lead generation.
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure cohesiveness across all marketing efforts in order to grow brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

 

You'll be a Good Fit if you have/can/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • Experience working in a media agency or as an in-house performance marketer.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, and other relevant channels.
  • Data-driven, love experimentation, and highly analytical.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Data Studio, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other data visualization platforms.
  • Passionate about developing customer-centric content.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
