Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing and public relations team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and activities for the Japanese market.
• Develop and execute brand public relations plans to enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation in the Japanese market.
• Track and analyze market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations regarding the Japanese market.
• Manage the company's social media and other online platforms in the Japanese market to increase brand exposure and engagement.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with local media, opinion leaders, and partners in Japan to promote the company's brand and products.
• Plan and organize offline events and promotional activities to increase the company's visibility in the Japanese market.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure marketing and public relations activities in the Japanese market align with the overall company strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with a strong background in marketing and brand public relations.
• Strong proficiency in Japanese (at least N2 level) and English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and partners.

• Familiarity with the Japanese market and an understanding of local culture and consumer behavior.
