Procurement Officer

What you will do…

• Perform the full spectrum of procurement function of the company;
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotation and price negotiation;
• Liaise with overseas (US, UK, Europe…etc) and local suppliers on all aspects of purchasing and build up strong partnership; 
• Communicate with Sales and Marketing Department to source and develop new products;
• Preparation of costing and other analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control and other purposes;
• Implement and review the procurement process, records of purchasing orders and stock, etc. 

What you are preferred…

• Degree holder or above;
• At least 2 years related working experience;
• Good command of English (spoken & written) and Mandarin;
• Good communication & negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of supply chain management is an advantage;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Honest, responsible and self-motivated;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
