Qualification:

(i)having a Bachelor degree with honours in the field of Psychology and preferable to have a Master or above degree in a theoretical or an applied field of Psychology; and

(ii)having at least five (5) years of post-qualification experience, preferably in project and contract management; and

(iii)having at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience relating to implementation of health education programme at schools or school students service settings; and

(iv)having recent three (3) years of networking with NGOs working closely with local schools; and

Job Description

(i)To assist in the overall planning, implementation and evaluation of the Campaign for promoting well-being to students in Hong Kong ('the Campaign');

(ii)To liaise, establish and reinforce working partnerships with stakeholders including DH services, non-government organisations, tertiary institutions and others to ensure effective and efficient cooperation in developing, implementing and timely delivery of quality works;

(iii)To transcribe health materials in the Std HS of the DH into education materials for wider general public groups and to plan and implement dissemination of these materials through relevant channels including websites and other social media;

(iv)To plan, organize, monitor progress and co-ordinate various contracts of the Campaign, including production of creative visual-art effects and audio-visual programmes, printing education materials, etc.;

(v)To develop new website(s) and web content that are appealing to students by transcribing, packaging and re-designing teaching and health education materials in the Std HS of the DH into multi-media formats, including production of infographics, motion graphics, e-magazines and videos, to promulgate the key health messages;

(vi)To assist in the procurement of goods or services (including but not limited to conducting market research, preparing product/service requirements and assessing the quotations from bidders);

(vii)To arrange meetings with various stakeholders and provide secretariat support during the process;

(viii)To assist in planning, organising and conducting related surveys, academic researches and evaluation;
