Project Manager (Account management)

Our client is an international telecommunications provider who is looking for a talented individual to join their global team.

 

The responsibilities will include but not limit to:

• Overseeing the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Engaging clients to capture business requirements and processes, translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution design with appropriate technologies.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance during solution deployments.
• Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure timely milestones.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on technology solution usage.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including but not limited to business process owners, IT teams, vendor and external parties to gather background information and requirements.
• Define project scope and develop comprehensive project plans.

 

The ideal candidate profile would be like:

• Degree holder in Information System / Computer Science with minimum 5 years' working experience in related project management and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices technical experience would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge and experience in:
  • Database management 
  • Programming languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Infrastructure: cloud platform, networking, system integration
• Certificate holder in ITIL Foundation or above is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
