Project Manager (IT)

We are looking for a Project Manager (IT) to join a company which is one of the world's leading digital assets ecosystem providing onestop crypto financial services to meet the
emerging needs in asset management, trading and custody of digital assets.

Tasks

1. Project Planning and Execution:

2. Lead the project planning phase, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.

3. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, and ensure adherence to the project schedule.

4. Coordinate and collaborate with the Product Manager, and crossfunctional teams, including development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.

5. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

6. Technical Expertise and Solution Architecture:

7. Possess a strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and system integration.

8. Collaborate with technical teams to define the project's technical requirements, solution architecture, and infrastructure needs.

9. Provide guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

10. Work closely with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables

11. Resource Management:

12. Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.

13. Collaborate with department managers to allocate resources effectively and address any resource constraints or conflicts.

14. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development to ensure a highperforming project team.

15. Stakeholder Management:

16. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and thirdparty vendors.

17. Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

18. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular status updates, and manage expectations.

19. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

20. Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of a robust and reliable platform.

21. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality.

22. Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Project Manager, successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
3. Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, and infrastructure management.
4. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
7. Indepth knowledge of crypto trading platforms, digital assets, and the overall crypto market landscape.
8. Familiarity with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol and its application in financial markets, including the crypto market.
9. Understanding of crypto fund management practices, including custody, asset allocation, risk management, and compliance.
10. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
11. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members in both languages
13. The ability to translate technical and financial concepts accurately and clearly between English and Mandarin is essential.
