Property Management- Family Office

A renowned Hong Kong family office is looking for a property management professional to join their team in Hong Kong. Reporting to CEO and COO, this position will be responsible for daily management, leasing, promotion and strategic planning for their property investments in Hong Kong and China. 

Key Duties:
- Actively develop and manage leasing activities, including leasing programs, promotions, and controls.

- Handle day-to-day operational issues related to industrial and residential properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

- Update management with market analysis including needs and trends; maintain a positive image in high end F&B industry.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing properties 

Requirements
- Property management professional with solid background from top professional firms

- Excellent communication in English is a must (native English highly preferred)

- Hands-on experiences in China and Hong Kong market

- Frequent travels in the region
