Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting management fee; handling outgoing expenses; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving owner/ tenant complaints; enforcing house’ rules/ DMC; coordinating building repairs; planning renovations; and contracting with landscaping
• Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services, supervising repairs
• Handle the property transaction & liaise with the developer
• Manages the hotel-style concierge services
• Assist the investment owners for the leasing & the maintenance jobs
• Liaises with the Owners’ Committee for building affairs
• Takes care of the pool license & the property management company license

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management with at least 3 years at managerial level
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License
• Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH is preferable
• Holder of Estate Agent License is preferable
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office software
• Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
