Property Manager / Assistant Manager(HK Property Developer)(K-K)(Alt .day)

Our client is a Hong Kong non-listed property developer. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager to support their property management team.

Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor the day-to-day operation and management of a group of properties, including budget preparation, maintain service standard and property maintenance, etc
• To assist immediate supervisor to finish work scope in compliance with company’s policy and direction
• Monitor and coordinate the works carried out by management agents, consultants and contractors to ensure that the planned works and services and are carried out as requested
• Handle handover & takeover of landlord premises
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Job Requirement:

• At least 6 years’ of relevant experience in the property management field
• With residential and commercial properties management experience is a must
• Work experience in property handover process is highly preferred
• Well knowledge in BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills with ability to work independently and harmoniously with a team
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Altnernative half-day work on Saturday is required
