Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the whole process of recruitment management, deeply understand the business and talent portrait, grasp the recruitment needs, and select and match talents for the team with high quality and efficiency 2. Optimize the recruitment process, including but not limited to publishing recruitment information, resume screening, arranging interviews, offer communication, recruitment data analysis, etc., to effectively improve the recruitment input-output ratio 3. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, and make comprehensive use of various recruitment channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs 4. Responsible for recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, talent mapping, high-end talent recruitment, etc. 5. Project work and other work arranged by the department.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of recruitment experience, with technical position recruitment experience preferred 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 3. Have a strong interest in recruitment, self-motivation and certain stress resistance, and be willing to accept challenges.
