Regional Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading healthcare and Home Medical Appliances manufacturer with global footprints, they are looking for a seasoned regional marketer to join their APAC team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and communication strategies based on market analysis and consumer insights
• Implement both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies and campaigns, including branding, online and offline promotions, PR, and events
• Manage website and social media content, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Create marketing collaterals such as product packaging, instruction manuals, POSM, DMs, leaflets, and videos
• Lead and oversee the marketing campaign roadmap across short-term and long-term schedules
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing projects
• Support new product development and launches
• Manage and track the marketing budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, healthcare, and lifestyle products
• Regional marketing experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing, including social media platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and a team player
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese skills.
