Relationship Manager

Our client, an Asian international corporate bank in Hong Kong is currently looking to add a professional within the structured finance space. Job description as below:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for origination and execution of transactions including but not limited to, structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, etc.
• Maintain and develop new relationships with corporates and financial sponsors within APAC
• Provide bespoke financing solutions in relation to debt financing
• Work closely with other team members on origination and execution of transactions

Requirements:

• Solid education background attained from relevant majors
• Strong experience with proven track record within leveraged finance, structured finance, or other related areas
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English are preferred
