Job Description - Relationship Manager, CRE Relationship Management

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Relationship Manager, CRE Relationship Management . Principal responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Commercial Real Estate sector aligned with the Bank's overall goals, taking into account new opportunities, market trends, and risks in the sector to inform strategic decision.
  • Maintain and gate keep risks in the Commercial Real Estate portfolio through monitoring and analyzing the portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients
  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
  • Prepare credit proposals and approve credit facilities in accordance with discretionary authority
  • Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality
  • Cross-sell a full range of banking products

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with passion in driving sustainable finance development Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in lending or relationship management or sustainable finance area Proven track record in loans syndication field with high level market contacts, and familiar with the Greater China market landscape Ability to deliver strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the competition Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua Good interpersonal skills and a team player High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
