Job Summary:
We seek a driven Sales Manager to lead our vibrant sales team and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strategic, results-focused professional who will not only oversee sales operations but also be directly involved in weekend sales activities, particularly on Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the store’s sales targets.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff to ensure peak performance and sales excellence.
- Set and monitor individual and store-wide sales goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts and maximize customer reach.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive advantage.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage customer service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, ensuring coverage during peak times, including weekends.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team development.
- Uphold company policies and maintain operational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally in the retail furniture sector.
- Demonstrable track record of sales success and expertise in managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Commitment to work on weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays, as required.
- Proficiency in Cantonese.
