Responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's safety training plan to ensure that employees and management have a full understanding of safety policies and procedures 2. Build a safety training course system, formulate and update training courses, develop new courses according to needs, design various training and exercise activities, and enrich training forms 3. Organize employees to participate in safety training, including regular training for new employees, R&D and other specific personnel 4. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of safety training, and improve training plans according to needs 5. Cooperate with the safety team and other departments to jointly implement training plans to improve the safety awareness of employees throughout the company.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 5 years of training experience, and have experience in safety training course design and implementation is preferred 2. Have strong logical analysis ability, be able to quickly identify safety training problems, and solve related problems in a truthful and pragmatic manner 3. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to communicate effectively with management and employees, and coordinate resources 4. Have emphasized organizational and planning abilities, and be able to promote training projects to the extreme, efficiently, and without boundaries 5. Have good team leadership skills, and be able to lead the entire team to complete training tasks excellently.
