Job Description - Senior Account Manager, Kitchen Retail

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the expanding business.

The Key Account Manager will manage all the sales-related activities, including building an effective long-term relationship, achieving the assigned target, and maintaining/developing the sales channels to contribute to company market share growth, profitability, and turnover target.

 

THE JOB

  • Formulate the sales strategy plan, translate into business action plans for assigned key accounts in line with the company’s objectives and plans 
  • Manage sales target and market share, identify risk and opportunity with business partners with business plans and market development proposals for the assigned key accounts
  • Explore, identify and develop new and potential clients / relationships to achieve business targets
  • Prepare project sales proposal and presentation to clients
  • Keep track of the project status to ensure on-time completion
  • Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key customers
  • Collaborate effectively across functions (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Services) and maintain solid and trustful relationships with key account clients to achieve business performance
  • Perform market and sales channel analysis as part of market research, to investigate and to identify business growth, as well as to identify potential opportunities to develop sales strategy & market expansion in designated areas
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

THE PERSON

  • Higher Diploma and above
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and B2B account management, especially in Kitchen Appliances
  • Experiences in project sales management is preferred. 
  • Candidate with network in architects, developers and main contractors will be an advantage 
  • Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent English and Chinese are a must.
  • Result-orientated, assertive, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, multi-task and able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical, strong negotiation and presentation skills
