Job Description - Senior Digital Performance Manager

Job Description:

Business Development & Driving Agency Growth

  • Support management in prospecting clients and tracking revenue to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Contribute to developing new products and strategies for sustained agency growth.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with publishers and suppliers for better support and commercial agreements.
  • Represent iProspect in trade events and industry awards to enhance reputation.

Strategic Performance Marketing

  • Stay updated on digital industry trends, focusing on SEM, Display, Social, and Analytics.
  • Develop an understanding of various digital media channels and their potential in clients' marketing activities.
  • Contribute to developing new products and strategies for agency growth.
  • Gain expertise in iProspect's offerings and services.
  • Assist in business pitches as required.

Leadership & Management

  • Lead the 'performance media' business stream, driving growth and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the agency.
  • Manage client relationships, campaign development, and execution for key Tier One clients.
  • Set and manage client and internal team expectations.
  • Develop personal presence and authority within the agency.
  • Master internal processes and lead performance review presentations.
  • Lead regular results analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Innovation & Initiative

  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas for client campaigns and process improvements.
  • Share ideas and opinions on clients' businesses, agency operations, and industry trends.
  • Take ownership and proactively make things happen.

Client Relationships

  • Foster positive partnerships with clients to achieve their business objectives.
  • Understand client pressures and respond effectively.
  • Gain clients' trust and value by providing expert advice on digital marketing.

People Management

  • Create a positive and extraordinary work environment for staff and clients.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to Digital Coordinators/Specialists.
  • Delegate tasks and provide appropriate workload.
  • Identify development opportunities for team members and support their growth.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for Digital Coordinators/Specialists.
