Senior Manager, Credit Management

Responsibilities:

Independently handle various requirements from Head Office (incorporated in Mainland China), including but not limited to:

• Evaluate Head Office’s policies and procedures, formulate implementation plan and oversee the follow up process.
• Support corresponding Head Office departments developing policies and procedures, bridge local market practice and Head Office’s expectation.
• Advice credit delegation proposal to Head Office.
• Conduct credit related self-assessment according to Head Office’s instructions.
• Coordinate Head Office’s onsite/offsite examinations and other credit related audit activities.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc credit reports for Head Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in banking or consulting, senior position will be considered for candidates with more relevant experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, capable to communicate in fluent Mandarin.
• Willing to negotiate with Head Office and good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with ECF-CRM qualification and/or good industry connections.
• For candidate with more working experience will consider the role of Assistant Vice President
