Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT audit team in conducting complex IT audits.
• Develop and implement IT audit strategies and methodologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations and processes.
• Identify IT risks and inefficiencies and recommend mitigating measures.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on audit results and recommended improvements.
• Collaborate with IT staff and senior management to improve IT systems, operations, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable IT regulations and standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior IT auditors.

Requirements

• Degree holder with major in computer science or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' IT audit experience in sizeable listed companies, MNC and/or Big 4 CPA firms.
• Possession of relevant professional qualifications (CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent).
• Knowledge of ISO 27000, CSC20 and NIST.
• Proficiency in data analytics procedures / techniques.
• General understanding of data privacy (e.g. GDPR) and security regulatory requirements in HK and PRC.
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment scanning software such as Nmap, Nessus or OpenVAS is a plus.
• Knowledge of audit software such as Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate risk impact and vulnerability.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent with analytical mind.
• Travels are required.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager level.
