Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
2. Leading the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
3. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
4. Managing the marketing budget effectively and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
5. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes.
6. Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall organizational goals.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as agencies, vendors, and media partners.
8. Performing any ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• At least 8 years of proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or a similar role. ACPA experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse marketing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a track record of innovative and successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.
