Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category


• Creating and developing a strategic short & long term plan for the development of the category


• Liaise with internal parties (PD, sales, quality & logistics) to ensure the customer’s expectation and procurement requirements can be fulfilled


• Coach and provide guidance to teammates


• Updating category reports in timely manner


• Building and driving relationships with key vendors to improve costing and quality of services

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above


• At least 5-year experience in Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising and Order management


• Strong negotiation skills, problem solving skills and time management skills


• Well-organized, detail minded, and a good team player


• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English


• Travel to China is required


• Immediate available is highly preferable
