Site Manager

Our client is a renowned Contractor based in Hong Kong. They are providing market leading packages to hire a  Site Manager to lead their projects.

* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Duty Manager .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates.
• Manage all project-related documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder with min. 7 years' experience, including 5 years in managing a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driving license and Security Personnel Permit.
• Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit issued under Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Chapter 460, HK Laws).
• Proficient in road work, traffic management, and first aid.
• Experience in law enforcement and transportation regulations.
• Ability to report for duty within 30 minutes of workplace is a bonus. 
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese. Good supervisory technique is a plus.
