Social Compliance Officer / Senior Social Compliance Officer

• Be the focal person to coordinate all social auditactivities in Greater China
• Manage the progress of supplier social audit program, collaborate with different parties including third party service provider and commercial teams for planning, coordinating and monitoring of the social audit program
• Prepare data for global social audit scoreboard quarterly and monthly report
• Generate monthly reports
• Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audits
• Conduct CSR Audits in China
• Support internal team on general day-to-day operational matters

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5years solid & track record of CSR auditing & supplier social compliance/ factory evaluation is preferred
• Knowledge of industry-recognized audit programs (BSCI, ICTI, ICS, SMETA)
• Auditor certification preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
