Sonographer / Clinical Application Specialist

• US medical device brand with focus in ultrasound product & solution
• We are looking for Clinical Application Specialist (Sonographer) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Provide clinical support throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship with both new and existing customers
• You will work in partnership with Sales Team to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on our Ultrasound portfolio.
• Provide application, technical and clinical assistance to internal and external customers
• Work with Sales Team to deliver ultrasound solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
• Train customers in applying optimal usage of the ultrasound equipment delivered enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
• Provide technical and clinical role during sales process by demonstrating full range of Ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
• Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
• Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
• Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
• University degree in Imaging, Radiology, Sonography, Applied Science, Engineering, Physics.... or equivalent disciplines
• Over 1-2 years as Sonographer or clinical application or related experience with ultrasound product
• Previous experience within a commercial environment will be a plus (not a must)
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supplier in US (principal); and work with customers (end users) in Hong Kong (jointly with Sales team)
• 5 days work
