System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system development and project implementation activities including business requirement analysis, resource estimation, schedule development, application development, testing, cutover & post-launch support and documentation.
• Take lead of development team and work with different stakeholders including management, business units, vendors and internal IT colleagues etc. 
• Analyze requirements on system enhancement and provide detailed system design specifications and program design specifications
• Assure program/system quality before releasing for user acceptance testing
• Regularly review the work and monitor progress in the team
• To ensure there are necessary resources (hardware, software and human) for daily operation support and various development tasks
• Coaching of junior developers
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in information technology / Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ program development experience, with at least 2 years in analyst position 
• Preferably programming experience in VB, Access; Progress, 4GL, screen and reports in any languages
• Experience in database such as SQL Server or Progress
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills and people management skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Less experience applicant can apply as Analyst Programmer
