System Analyst - eMPF Project

Our client, a well-known pension service provider in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join their group.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Responsible for system development and project implementation activities regarding eMPF including business requirement analysis, resource estimation, schedule development, application development, testing, cutover & post-launch support and documentation
• Lead development team and collaborate with other stakeholders
• Analyze user requirements and come up with system design specifications
• Make sure the system quality is decent before the UAT test
• Close monitor and review the project progress and relevant resource allowcation
• Provide coaching to junior developers

 

Requirements

 

• Degree holder in information technology / Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ program development experience, with at least 2 years in analyst position 
• Preferably programming experience in VB, Access; Progress, 4GL, screen and reports in any languages
• Experience in database such as SQL Server or Progress
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills and people management skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Less experience applicant can apply as Analyst Programmer
