About Your Role:

• Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, requirements and identify business opportunities
• Develop proposals and technical documents that showcase our solutions and services
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to potential customers
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide solutions to their problems
• Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with service team in project and service delivery
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments

Does it sound like you?

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
• 3+ years solid experience in pre-sales or technical sales role in IT / SI / Telcom industry
• Strong technical knowledge of IT technologies, including Server, Storage, HCI, Virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory, M365, Backup and Network Infrastructure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and experience on Azure and Cyber Security solutions will be a definite advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with our sales and service teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
