Technical IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirements to deployment, while mitigating risks.
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external resources to ensure projects stay within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to scope, timelines, and costs when needed.
• Foster and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Establish and implement effective processes for managing project scope, setting quality standards, and assessing and mitigating risks.
• Cultivate relationships with external resources such as vendors and researchers.
• Optimize resource allocation to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and potential risks to the appropriate management channels, escalating issues as required based on project plans.

• Experienced project manager with over three years of experience
• Strong attention to deadlines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation abilities
• Skilled in developing in-house and client-facing platforms
