Roles & Responsibilities
1. According to the overall plan, be responsible for the gameplay design of the game world, including the design of PVE/PVP and other content to final delivery
2. Provide gameplay design guidance and be responsible for following up on various types of games production of gameplay and provide practical design suggestions
3. Collaborate with the program and art teams to continuously improve the quality of gameplay, produce high-quality experience content, and conduct iterative optimization based on test data
4. Independently follow up the production of single-game gameplay, multi-player cooperative or competitive gameplay with certain complex rules, and develop methods.
Qualifications
1. Have experience in large-scale or complete game projects, and have been responsible for complete module design and production
2. Have participated in game editor, level or system design. Familiar with the UE engine and proficient in using blueprints
3. Proficient in using any UGC tool or editor is preferred, such as Roblox, Fortnite, csgo-hammer, war3 editor, Dota2 editor, etc.
4. Have a certain ability to withstand stress, and have good communication and coordination skills
5. Lead or participate in the design and implementation of at least one aspect of the overall plan, such as levels, battles, systems, AI, and technical design
6. Love the gaming industry and have rich gaming experience. Experience in FPS gaming is preferred.
