Assistant Manager / Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager for Data and Automation with a specialization in Data Engineering, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Modeling. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate requirements from user teams, obtaining business endorsement.
• Lead intelligent automation projects, assessing opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Evaluate automation opportunities from functional and technical perspectives, collaborating with teams and partners for scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
• Implement strategic solutions, minimizing workarounds and tactical approaches.
• Manage data analytics projects, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management during project implementation.
• Drive advancements in data infrastructure and technologies, partnering with vendors to enhance capabilities like Gen AI.
• Process and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources into a unified platform.
• Identify and propose solutions to bridge gaps between business requirements and data architecture.
• Stay updated on trends in data, automation, and AI technologies.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data-related projects and intelligent automation, with 2 years in a management role.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process documentation, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, database design, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with RPA technologies like UiPath and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, Python, C, .Net, VBA, Power BI, or other data tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and Azure cloud technology.
• Knowledge of Gen AI technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
