Responsibilities
Team introduction: The video architecture team takes the video platform as the core, supports the on-demand, live broadcast, real-time communication, pictures, and multimedia business development of Byte products, and aims to become a leader in multimedia solutions in the industry and build the ultimate video technology/product service experience. 1. Responsible for continuous optimization of short video user experience and cost of Byte products (such as Douyin, Watermelon, Volcano, etc.) 2. Build short video related data warehouses, analysis and reporting systems 3. Design and optimize video playback quality, Behavioral data reporting mechanism to build a user experience-oriented terminal monitoring system 4. Continuously optimize video processing and playback costs through data guidance to reduce company cost consumption 5. Build intelligent playback scheduling strategies and automatic alarm return Because of the system. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication, etc., two years or more full-time work experience 2. Solid Programming ability, excellent design and code quality, and independent code implementation ability 3. Deep understanding of computer principles, good data structure and algorithm foundation 4. Familiar with data collection, cleaning and warehousing, statistical calculation, and Web display core Key points, can meet the needs of index calculation 5. Familiar with at least one distributed framework, such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Clickhouse, es, druid, Kafka, etc., experience in Flink real-time processing is preferred 6.
