Communications Engineer/Technical Engineer

Position Purpose:

Ensure the stable operation and security of various data networks, voice systems, and servers at the port, and implement daily monitoring and troubleshooting. Ensure the stable and smooth operation of the IT infrastructure of the automatic assembly line SATS/LT1/T2. Plan and implement the interconnection business requirements proposed by the headquarters IT or third parties such as customs and airports. Ensure the smooth operation of all other IT facilities in the computer room and the safety of the computer room. At the same time, provide service management for related suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Server compliance and operation management: Based on GWSS and the headquarters server compliance management requirements, timely update patches, monitor server operation status, quickly analyze and solve server failures, optimize the number of servers, control server updates and EOSL , and perform compliance management on all servers in the port (whether or not in the DHL network).

2. Network compliance and operation management: According to the compliance requirements of the headquarters and GPRO on the network, timely update network equipment IOS < /span> , change related configurations of network equipment, optimize network architecture, implement and maintain SECMCO network security, cooperate with ITS Carry out firewall compliance management, conduct overall monitoring of RWAN/WAN/LAN/WIFI , resolve network faults in a timely manner, and consider network operating costs, monitor network equipment Updates and management of EOSL . Install and set up software and hardware for various network devices as needed.

3. Call center support and management: Ensure call center related PABX , network and voice lines, servers, large screens, software Telephone calls, call processes, recordings, etc. can all run smoothly, and we cooperate with the headquarters IT for system monitoring. Combined with the understanding of the customer connection incoming and outgoing call process, PABX and line configuration, network and server settings, conduct various call center fault analysis, solve system problems in a timely manner, and achieve IT environment required by customer link indicators.

4.
