1. Based on consumer insights and consumer decision trees, find category opportunities, output category strategies, and conduct category management 2. Supplier resource development and management: collect and analyze supplier information and procurement market trends, implement supplier development and supplier process control management, formulate effective procurement strategies, and establish stable supply channels 3. Price and gross profit management: combine various information inputs to complete commodity pricing and continuously optimize gross profit structure 4. Initiate, participate, promote, and implement business plans with online and offline operations 5. Build and optimize procurement processes and supervise their effective operation: organize the formulation and improvement of procurement management, warehouse management, and warehousing management systems to reduce procurement costs and procurement cycles be responsible for performance results 6. Manage and coach procurement assistants, be responsible for team building, selection, deployment, training, and guide subordinate employees to formulate phased work plans and supervise their implementation

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, 6 years or more of relevant category purchasing experience 2. Have a deep understanding of fresh food classification, practical purchasing and sales experience, and the ability to control the market 3. Have a clear understanding of the purchasing business process and system, and have a strong ability to predict the trends of retail supermarkets and e-commerce industries. Those with both online and offline business experience are preferred 4. Good at finding and developing suppliers, and can manage suppliers independently and effectively 5.
