Purpose of the Job

This role has to support the accounts receivable function for the Group and daily finance operations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Receivable team in settlement and debt collection processes
• Work closely with cross-business lines to answer settlement inquiries and provide follow up
• Assist in issuing credit and debit notes and accurately inutting data into the system
• Assist in month-end closing process, prepare regular reports and perform general accounting duties
• Assist in ad hoc duties and finance operational tasks as assigned 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to work independently
• Collaborative, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
