Internship (IT Consultant / Application Support Engineer)

Job Description:

• Provide technical and functional support on ERP applications to our customers.
• Diagnose the issues reported from customers, working with internal teams to resolve the issues.
• Ac-hoc tasks that are required from the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting, and follow up on bugs and errors.

 

Requirements:

• Students of tertiary institution in accounting, supply chain, economics, computer science, computer engineering, information system, information management, etc.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
• Knowledge in ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, analytical and a good problem solver. Able to learn new systems and programming language.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
